Life Force Fiber Food (LFFF) is a non-medicinal, delicious, wholesome blend of the finest all natural and herbal products. LFFF is used as suggested in addition to a normal daily diet or during periods of body cleansing. Due to the expanding nature of some fiber foods, it may be essential to drink more than the normal daily fuild intake. Therefore, we suggest a daily minimum of 6-8 extra glasses of water or more(min of 8fl oz per tsp.)For best results, use distilled water or pure fruit juices. IMPORTANT: After mixing, drink quickly.
